The J&J MedTech Supply Chain organization, more specifically the Principal Operations COE is recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Global Intercompany Pricing Team in support of project LEGO. The project aims to redesign the supply chain operational flows as part of a broader strategic initiative for MedTech to target efficiency and simplification of the overall structure, including IT systems redesign.

The position will report to the Team Lead – WW HMD ICPs. Preferred location for this role is Zuchwil, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

  • As a project member you will support the Global Intercompany Pricing Team and be driving key projects and support strategic initiatives such as SAP S4 Hana, LEGO, Magellan, GET, Transcend.

  • You will closely partner with the LEGO project members and engage in diverse responsibilities such as Inventory, AGP, FX, Tax and collaborate with the teams to understand the end-to-end impacts, timelines and interdependencies.

  • You will closely work together with the senior business analyst and team lead to provide support in analyzing data, detecting patterns, assessing logic and developing data workflows to process large amounts of data for testing and production environment.

  • You will be responsible for mapping out and documenting impacted supply chain flows to ensure adherence to the tax model in close collaboration with the Tax Planning Group.

  • You will be involved in global cross-sector initiatives which are aiming to streamline finance intercompany pricing processes across J&J.

  • You will coordinate the timely loading of the calculated prices in the various ERP systems and perform necessary checks to ensure highest compliance standards and flawless controls and go-live without delays in servicing customer orders.

  • You will ensure required approvals are available for standard cost loads and changes. You will support SOX audits & controls related to ICP setups of the project.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  • Working experience in transfer pricing or supply chain finance is a plus

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent preferably in finance, accounting, business administration, information technology or information systems

  • Fluent English, minimum C1

Required Attributes:

  • Advanced experience in data analytics, dashboarding and reporting, preferably with Alteryx, Power BI and SQL. Alteryx is a big plus.

  • Strong IT literacy with experience in SAP ERP Systems & Microsoft 365, SAP Hana is plus

  • Finance experience in MedTech, pharmaceutical or life science industry

  • Project experience as either project lead, product owner or core project team member

  • Consistent track record in cross-cultural business partnering
