We are searching for an Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. This individual will play an integral role in shaping our Process Material Team with a special focus on project management and performance tracking. This role is critical in ensuring operational rigor. You will be responsible for driving cross-cutting projects, tracking metrics, identifying root causes of gaps, and conducting follow up. Essential Responsibilities:
Understand the business processes, major initiatives, and metrics
Collaborate with colleagues in driving projects and providing updates
Conduct root causing of gaps in metrics
Coordinate cross-cutting projects with other colleagues
Drive innovation in team processes
Support the Business Management System for the team
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting, business management, or supply chain
Excellent writing, editing, oral communications, communications planning skills in English
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders
Enjoys solving problems and tackling challenges
Project management skills – e.g., good tracking of progress, calling out issues in a supportive manner, excited about innovating and creating solutions, comfortable in navigating through ambiguity
Strong analytical capabilities, e.g., strong data cleaning skills, advanced excel, Power BI, VBA, etc.
