We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Director to join our team in the San Fernando Valley. The IT Director will be responsible for leading our IT infrastructure, overseeing all aspects of our information technology systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving innovation. This role will be instrumental in the development and implementation of comprehensive IT systems to meet user needs and company specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive IT systems to meet user needs and company specifications

• Define user requirements, recommend business solutions, and evaluate program effectiveness

• Lead and develop a high-performing IT operations team

• Enforce IT security policies and oversee disaster recovery planning

• Research and recommend hardware/software purchases and negotiate with vendors

• Utilize knowledge of Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, and Databases to enhance IT operations

• Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and AB Testing strategies to improve processes

• Maintain and manage ITIL Processes and Cybersecurity policies

• Oversee deployments and manage contracts related to IT operations

• Handle any hardware issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role or related IT management position.

• Demonstrable expertise in Cisco Technologies.

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Database management.

• Strong Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Understanding of POS Systems

• Proficiency in Computer Hardware.

• Experience in handling IT Contracts.

• Skilled in planning and executing IT Deployments.

• Knowledge of ITIL Processes.

• Understanding of Cyber security policies.

• Demonstrable leadership qualities and excellent team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage
