Position title: Key Account Manager – Rubbermaid Commercial Products

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As the Key Account Manager, you will spearhead our sales initiatives, driving growth and hitting sales targets with our large distributors and end users in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg (BeNeLux).
You’ll analyze the market, competition and customer needs to create sales plans. Your role will be pivotal in growing the Rubbermaid Commercial Products (RCP) business in the region. You will be the go-to person for our key partners, offering them technical support and product expertise.
You will be part of the RCP international sales team of seven people, working remotely. Your nearest Newell Brands office will be in Tilburg.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute annual budgets for the area as well as Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for key distributors
Development of distributors’ online-platforms to maximise digital sales
Partnering with Trade Marketing Team, prepare and execute the new product launches for the customers, promotional sales activities and campaigns
Collaboration with distributors’ sales teams to create joint end user projects
Execute sales visits/calls to existing and potential customers in order to maximise sales growth
Ensure proper reporting of sales activity performed and use Salesforce to expand and keep the list of end users' opportunities updated
Participate in trade shows
Execute product training to distributors’ reps

What You’ll Need
Minimum:
Proven track record of sales experience preferably in B2B , working with key accounts (experience in working with wholesalers and distributors preferred)
Fluent French/Flemish and very good command of English language
Demonstrated performance in sales and promotions
Understanding and implementation of key performance indicators is critical
Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
Willing to travel on av. 30-40% of time
Your advantage:
Experience and knowledge in the Waste, Cleaning & Hygiene market would be a strong asset
Able to effectively forecast turnover and demand by product
Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective negotiator
Demonstrated relationship building and maintenance skills
Strong analytical skills and proactive customer approach (hunting mentality)
Bachelor’s Degree
