Microsoft is looking for a Senior Account Executive - Global Account Lead for LATAM to join our Consumer Goods team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business with one of our key global accounts in the Consumer Goods industry, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Executive - Global Account Lead for LATAM, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction across LATAM markets, including Brazil, Mexico, and South / Middle America's.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers within the client organization, as well as with Microsoft partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team of sales, technical, and marketing professionals to deliver innovative solutions that address the client’s business challenges and opportunities.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the account, as well as upsell and cross-sell existing products and services.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize value for both Microsoft and the client.

  • Monitor and report on account performance, customer feedback, and market trends, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

· 13+ years experience in working in an industry (Technology or similar) and/or driving digital transformation

o OR Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience working in an industry (Technology or similar) and/or driving digital transformation

o OR Master's Degree AND 9+ years experience working in an industry (Technology or similar) and/or driving digital transformation.

· 6+ years experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.

· 8+ years experience closing large, complex agreements/deals.

. Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese language.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • A customer-centric and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering value and exceeding expectations.

  • Previous work experience as a Senior Account Executive, Global Account Manager, or similar role in the Consumer Goods industry, preferably with a technology company.

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft products and services, especially cloud, AI, and IoT solutions, and how they can benefit the Consumer Goods industry.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and technical experts.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • A willingness and ability to travel frequently within LATAM and occasionally to other regions.

  • Proficiency in Spanish.

  • Location: Sao Paulo or Campinas region is a must.
