The position

By joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to:

• Work in strategic procurement planning and portfolio management to ensure process optimization and efficiency for long term contracts within theSubsea, Engineering and ConstructionCategory.

• Prepare and drive tenders, conduct bid evaluation and negotiations, and prepare awardrecommendation.

• Perform demand and market analysis in both global and local markets toanticipatechallenges and demands.

• Ensure compliance with our governing Supply Chain Management processes, with a specific focus on Integrity Due Diligence, Human Rights assessments, Safety, and Commercial Risk.

• Drive and perform contract management from award to contract close-out,monitoringcontract performance, and adherence to contractual obligations with a focus on minimizing value leakage, risk, and promoting safety.

• Provide expert advice and guidance on contract matters related to Operations category.

• Proactively ensure high-quality stakeholder management both internally and towards suppliers.

• Facilitate the development of our capabilities by working on multidisciplinary projects throughout the business.

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5+ years of experience inprocurement focused onincludingsourcing processes, negotiations, contract establishment, managingsupplierperformance and relations forEPCI, subseaand projects scope.

• Good awareness of the Brazil supplier market and understanding ofestablishingand promoting local content.

• Advanced skills in English and Portuguese language.

• Strategic and commercial mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven and flexible, with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team across the organization.

• Demonstratesa high levelof personal integrity and ethical awareness.

• Possessstrong communicationskills,demonstratingability to create impact & connect with different stakeholders.
