Amazon Sr Investigation Specialist/Program Associate II , Seller Fulfillment Services in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description

We are a new small team within Seller Fulfillment Services, where we are dedicated to enhancing fulfillment capabilities for sellers across Amazon marketplaces through innovation. We are seeking proactive and analytical individuals to fill the role of Program Support Associate.

Key job responsibilities

As a Program Support Associate, you will:

• Conduct thorough investigations of merchant accounts and enforce policies and performance standards to mitigate risks to Amazon, our buyers, and fellow merchants.

• Engage with buyers, merchants, and other stakeholders to make informed decisions that uphold the integrity of Amazon marketplaces.

• Maintain high productivity and quality standards in your investigative work.

• Contribute to special projects that enhance customer and seller experiences, as well as improve team processes.

• Demonstrate flexibility by working weekends and beyond standard work hours, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Minneapolis, MN, USA

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

  • Previous experience in customer service or finance-related roles.

  • Availability to work weekends and outside of standard work hours, with flexibility for overtime.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with carriers and sellers.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and individuals (technical and non-technical) at various management levels.

  • Strong self-discipline, attention to detail, and accuracy in work.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience in a metrics-driven work environment.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems logically.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written correspondence.

  • Capability to communicate complex issues clearly to internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
