The Role:

This positionis responsible forsupporting the office administrative work, including managing office supplies and equipment.This individualwill alsobe responsible forallHR administrative duties including but not limited tomaintainingpersonnel records, managing HR documents(e.gemployment records and onboardingactivities), updating internal databases, coordinating HR events and a helping hand to all HR functions.

​This individual must be someone who loves to create a welcoming and safe working environment for all the team members and visitors and has a strong understanding of confidentiality andethical standards.They willprovide assistance toHRandOperationsand otherdisciplineswhererequired.

What You'll do:

  • Timesheet administration

  • ​First tier recruitmentincluding resume screening, phone screening and interview coordination

  • ​Basic system access administration

  • ​Drafting policies, proceduresand employee handbook

  • ​Liaison to building management

  • ​ Managing employee files and ensuring accurate records

  • Organising office events and functions

  • Managing office supplies and events

  • Creating a clean and safe workplace environment

  • Managing all office administration

  • Supporting payroll and office adherence

  • ​Other duties as required by Site Director&HR Manager​

Qualifications:

Who We're Looking for:

  • Preferred experience in HR Administration

  • Preferred completion of HR studies or currently completing HR studies

  • Excellent moral and ethical compass

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organisational abilities are necessary to ensure effective performance.

  • Has an understanding, caring and empathetic nature
