Amazon Snr Retail Marketing Manager, Amazon Devices in London, United Kingdom

Do you want to work in one of the fastest growing and most innovative businesses at Amazon? Amazon Devices is seeking a hands-on, customer-obsessed Senior Marketing Manager responsible for developing and delivering our instore retail fixtures and experiences for customers across Europe. Through deep insight into customers and retailers, you will develop retail experiences which measurably improve the customer experience at the point of purchase for Echo, Fire TV, Kindle and Fire Tablets in bricks and mortar retail.

As the owner of the instore experience, you will also work with channel partners and both local and global marketing teams to develop and deliver break-through in-store experiences, whilst creating rigorous analytical processes to measure and optimise efficiency.

Key job responsibilities

  • Creation and delivery of world class fixtures and experiences for customers shopping in European bricks and mortar retailers (consumer electronics, department stores, mass retail and telco).

  • You’ll ensure the right fixture in the right store to reliably deliver the amazing features and benefits of Amazon Devices, whilst delivering optimal return on investment.

  • You will work both in the present and the future, understanding and planning fixtures and demo experiences for our exciting roadmap of product and service launches across future years.

  • You will ensure rigorous workback schedules are planned and adhered to, ensuring best-in-class launches in store for new products across multiple locales.

  • You will work with partner agencies and internal development teams to develop and deliver new solutions and customer experiences, ensuring scalability, as well as managing installation and maintenance to a high in-store compliance bar.

  • You will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

  • Own briefing through to execution process in order to deliver high impact, cost effective solutions, delivering upon key business objectives such as CX impact, speed, ROI, maintenance and in-store compliance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

  • Experience in marketing or marketing research

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

  • Experience in working in trade/channel/field marketing or retail management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in A/B testing

  • Experience working in a physical store
