• Schedule and coordinates driver/truck destination, route, delivery time, ComData card, and ComChecks
• Organized driver Outbound/Inbound window and calls
• Verifies Bills of Ladings
• Build loads in McLeod
• Assist with HOS and ELD compliance
• Assist with Disco tracking and recording
• Ensure Yard Checks are complete
• Update McLeod with Driver and Truck information daily
• Complete E-manifest requirements
• Develop reports
• Coordinate Trip Envelopes and distribute
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Manage relationships with drivers
