We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement AFRICOM’s mission objectives.

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Account Management Specialist . This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US AFRICOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS.

The Account Management Specialist is responsible for Active Directory user account verifications, creations, modifications and account removals. Local Registration Authority (LRA) to perform identity verification of applicants, and the authorized issuance of certificates to applicants. Verifying subscriber’s identity. Pre-registering users with PKI. Validating NPE certificate requirements and forwarding revocation requests. Supporting issuance and renewal of SIPR tokens and/or NIPR alternate tokens. Supports production and delivery of reports detailing number of tokens issued, revoked, renewed, and any issues encountered.

Candidates need excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity. They must be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources. May also mentor or train other Account Management Specialists.

More About the Role:

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.

Validate identity and 8570M requirements, provision and de-provision accounts, update GAL information, issue end-user agreements. Certify and perform Enhanced Trusted Agents (ETAs) functions for SIPR/Alt multi-factor authentication token services (issuance, reconstitution, PIN resets, revocation, out-processing).

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Currently hold a minimum adjudicated Secret Clearance and be able to maintain

  • BA/BS + 3 years recent specialized or AA/AS +5 years recent specialized or a major cert + 7 years recent specialized or 11 years of recent specialized experience

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Windows 10/Office 365

  • CompTIA Security + (IAT Level II or greater)

  • Proficiency in Active Directory Users and Computes (ADUC)

  • Expert knowledge of 8570M requirements

  • TESA eligibility

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • ITIL v3 – Foundation

  • Automation using Microsoft PowerShell, VBScript, or batch files

  • Experience with NIPR/SIPR Network Connectivity

  • Experience with SIPR Token issuance/management and problem resolution

  • Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs

  • Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards

  • Experience with DoD IT security requirements

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200 - 158,100 USD
