ManpowerGroup Records Clerk in Huntington, West Virginia

Manpower is seeking a capable and experienced Records Clerk for our client in Huntington, WV!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Record confidential information using a variety of data entry software.

  • Maintain, classify, scan, read, and sort records and files. - Perform general office duties such as typing, answering phones, operating office machines, and processing mail.

  • Use great computer skills to generate computerized reports and design forms related to filing systems. - Eliminate outdated materials according to file maintenance guidelines or legal requirements.

  • Modify or improve filing systems or implement new filing systems.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of data entry experience

  • Minimum 1 year of record maintenance experience

  • Must be very detail oriented

  • Excellent time management and prioritizing skills

  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to multitask

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be able to pass Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

  • Legal experience a plus, but not required.
