Sodexo is seeking an experienced leader for a Patient Services Manager 2 at ECU Vidant Medical Center located in Greenville, NC. ECU Vidant Medical Center is a 1,200 bed hospital with five retail locations and doctors lounges. It is the primary teaching hospital for East Carolina University's Brody School of Medicine and is the flagship medical center for ECU Health. ECU Health is a Level 1 Trauma Center, one of 6 in the state of North Carolina. It is the only level I trauma center east of Raleigh, and thus is the hub of medical care for a broad and complicated rural region of over 2 million people.

This Patient Services Manager will have direct oversight of the patient services operations. Collaborating with a team of 2 salaried managers and 68 frontline associates this position will responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, patient satisfaction and employee engagement.

Typical schedule is Monday-Friday (rotating weekend schedule)

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
