Our west metro client is adding an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing organization. This position incorporates all aspects of Accounts Payables, and helping the department in other areas as needed. There is a lot of growth and upward mobility within this company.

Requirements • Proven experience in the role of Accounts Payable Clerk or similar position.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

• Strong skills in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience in Check Runs and Coding Invoices.

• Solid data entry skills, ensuring high levels of accuracy.

• Demonstrated ability in Invoice Processing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
