(2nd shift premium is $ 0.37 – 3rd shift is $0.62)

Duties and Working Procedures

• Assemble, disassemble, bench, blast, maintain and make minor adjustments to dies before production runs.

• Transport dies with cranes as needed.

• Document and log information needed to track procedures where applicable.

• Proactively seek the elimination of waste and failures through the use of ABS/APS fundamentals.

• Participate on teams and on projects as needed to standardize and improve the manufacturing process to increase throughput, quality and safety.

• Organize, clean and standardize work areas, storage areas and associated processes.
