The Director, Employee Experience, My Career is responsible for aligning and evolving the overall strategy for experience, process and technology for all Talent related processes (Succession, Engagement, Learning, etc.). The role will form part of the overall EX Leadership team and collaborating towards integrated Talent Management across all other areas within HR (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Rewards & Performance, etc.). The role sets immediate and strategic direction in order to continuously improve and evolve the relevant experience on a global scale. They own experience-specific HR processes and technology and oversee implementation of projects aimed at improving these experiences (through process or system optimization).

How you will contribute

Vision, Strategy & Leadership

  • Responsible for definition of specific employee experience area “My Career” and their alignment into a truly integrated employee experience & integrated Talent Management

  • Future focused; drives the future agenda of My Career including process and system development – knowing and stretching of what is possible and what is desirable in the future

  • Promotes training, personal growth, professional development, career progression and teamwork of direct reports

  • Knows and sets within and outside Mondelez the future focused and inspiring agenda for the My Career space as thought leader

  • Owns the respective technology supporting the My Career space (e.g. Workday)

Operational Delivery

  • Experience owner of all processes within My Career

  • Shapes experience specific HR technology e.g. Learning, Succession, Skills/ Talent modules and extensions

  • Supports the portfolio process (planning and utilization) and subsequently the prioritization of technology and process related projects

  • Acts as a Project Sponsor for the relevant experience area related projects

  • Responsible for measuring the success of the specific experience area, defining appropriate performance metrics and service level agreements

  • Provides guidance and direction on specific EX area to the respective SSC Team Leads

  • Acts as liaison and collaborates with the Talent & Engagement COE to ensure alignment between frameworks and strategy of EX area

Continuous Improvement

  • Supports collaboration culture through delivery of an integrated employee experience

  • Sets performance standards for respective EX area through definition and monitoring of KPIs and SLAs

  • Anticipates EX area specific market trends to continuously improve the organization through system and process optimization

  • Collaborates with HR COE and HR Business Leaders to understand and implement experience specific quality standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred

  • 10 or more years of progressing HR experience

  • Strong experience with talent processes such as talent planning, Strategic Talent Reviews, engagement surveys and learning

  • Experience in a multinational company is ideal

  • Experience with Workday is preferred

  • Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred, but not required

  • Business consulting experience preferred, but not required

  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Results-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented approach to work with a commitment to excellence

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
