Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Bridgewater, New Jersey

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing our HR functions, ensuring compliance, fostering employee relations, and managing benefit functions. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your skills in ADP Workforce Now will be highly utilized.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

• Manage the recruitment and selection process

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization

• Nurture a positive working environment

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

• Maintain pay plan and benefits program

• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Requirements • Applicant should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is essential

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions, including administration and coordination, is required

• Familiarity with legal Compliance in HR practices is a significant part of the role

• Ability to handle Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and performance management, is necessary

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential

• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls

• Must exhibit high levels of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive HR information

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
