You will be responsible to drive operational efforts to achieve departmental target within Housekeeping Department. Ensuring all housekeeping team members are delivering the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service. ensure through effective supervision that all services offered in the Housekeeping Department are always available and are carried out with the utmost efficiency and courtesy

Qualifications:

This position is only for Indonesian

• Experienced in the luxury resort work environment

• Preferably experienced as Assistant Manager Housekeeping/ Assistant Housekeeping Manager

• Strong leadership and ability to motivated/ encourage team positively.

• Ability to focus into the details and confident problem solver

• Well-versed in housekeeping, public area and laundry operational

• Well-versed with Opera, Medallia, Hotsos, as well as other PMS systems and departmental reports.

• Well versed in managing different department relation as well as communication skill.
