We are recruiting for an experience Revenue Operations Specialist - Salesforce to join our global CRM team. In this role you will be responsible for customer return data analysis and coordinating activities related to quality, failure analysis and product management.

General Responsibilities

  • Arranges the analysis, articulation and presentation of complex data, in order to allow effective and timely management decisions

  • Provides consistent data storage, access and update for all users

  • Communicates with various functions, project families and regions on trends and measurable results

  • Proactively plan for trends and implements training to mitigate repeat events

  • Collaborates with teams to create strategy based in actionable data which aligns with long term vision of a zero-incidence culture

Experience / Qualifications

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Business ethics - Ability to practice and behave consistently and effectively in areas of business practice and conflicts of interest

  • Communication - Ability to communicate effectively by getting the right message across to the right people at the right time on a regular basis

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration and Optimization:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related queries and issues within the Commercial Excellence team.

  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of Sensata Technologies, including creating custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

  • Continuously assess and implement enhancements to Salesforce to improve functionality and user experience.

  • Test functionality of new implementations in Salesforce prior to releasing to business.

  • Elicit, capture, and transform business requirements into functional system requirements.

  • Track user adoption and provide additional training where necessary.

_Data Management and Reporting: _

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Salesforce by performing regular data audits and cleanups.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to sales leadership and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on sales performance and revenue trends.

_Process Improvement: _

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document standard operating procedures for revenue operations.

  • Lead initiatives to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and tools to enhance data flow and operational coherence.

_Training and Support: _

  • Provide training and support to sales team members on Salesforce best practices and new features.

  • Create and maintain training materials and documentation to ensure consistent use of Salesforce across the organization.

  • Assist in onboarding new users and ensure they are fully equipped to utilize Salesforce effectively.

_Strategic Collaboration: _

  • Work closely with the Commercial Excellence leadership team to align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.

  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce to drive business growth.

  • Act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, customer service, tech support and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or relevant experience preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role preferred.

  • Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration; Salesforce certification(s) preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience with data management and reporting tools; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
